Let’s understand how to consume…
Giloy Ghanbati, Tulsi & Amalaki – 1 tablet each, twice a day (morning after 1 hour of breakfast & in the evening) with fresh water (avoid cold water).
Trikatu – 1 tablet, twice a day 1-hour before your meal (before lunch & dinner) with fresh water.
Green Tea – A cup of green tea in the morning, or evening. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and lemon juice (1/2 to 1 lemon).
Chyawanprash – 1 tablespoon with the luck warm milk before going to bed.
Raw Honey – Consume at least 1 tablespoon honey on a daily basis. You can add honey in your milk or green tea.
Note: Take the doses as mentioned above, or as directed by your physician. Plus, diabetic patients should avoid honey.
Consume in the slots like – first, for at least 30 days regularly.
After 30 days, give a break of 7-10 days then again start for the next 30 days.
Follow the procedure for 6 months then stop for a month and again follow it for the next 6 months. And so on…

* Tulsi leaves (alternative of tulsi tablets)
Some of you may have a tulsi plant in their house. If you have then you no need to buy tulsi tablets. Consume 4-5 tulsi leaves on an empty stomach in the form of an immunity booster drink (Kadha).
Preparation of Tulsi Kadha
- Take 4- 5 tulsi leaves, 1-inch grated ginger, and 4- 5 dried black pepper powder (kali mirch).
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add tulsi, grated ginger, and black pepper powder.
- Boil it for the 8-10 minutes at low flame. Then stop the flame.
- Now, add 1-2 pinch of black salt or rock salt and squeeze 1/2 lemon to it.
- Let it luck warm and then consume on an empty stomach.
For one month course
