How to search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the search bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

At Clapkart.com, money is not everything however customer satisfaction is our priority. We’ll replace any order within 7 days of delivery if you receive a wrong product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you but you have to shoot us an email on support@clapkart.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. Please contact our customer support and shoot us a mail with an attachment of the product that you get, so we can help ease your return at a time we may also need more verification or information before accepting any order. We’ll contact you if all or any part of your order will be canceled or if more information required to accept your order. Cancellation Policy

Although we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with clapkart.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations listed below (but not limited to):

  • Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  • Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  • Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C or Company Policy
  • Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
  • Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
  • Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
  • Non-Serviceable Locations

In these types of situations, we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover credit/debit cards.

Apart from Credit and Debit Cards, we accept payments by Internet Banking (covering 44 banks), Cash-on-Delivery, Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), E-Gift Vouchers, PhonePe UPI and PhonePe wallet.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Pay By Cash-on-Delivery”
2. Our Customer Care team will call you to verify the details.
3. Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
4. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
5. For Cash on Delivery orders, packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the delivery person representative.

Refund of Payment

  • If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
    For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. You can receive an instant refund in the form of a gift voucher after your order has been canceled.
  • If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of order cancellation (Please note, the refund of online payment can happen only once against an order). Payments made through DD/Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 days of receiving the Bank Details from you.
    Refunds pertaining to the product(s) which have been returned will be offered once we have received the product(s) back with us (and they are not in damaged condition). Because of any circumstances beyond our control, if we are not able to service the order, we will inform you and initiate the replacement of the product(s) not available or refund against the product(s), as per your choice.
    For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik, etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
